Summer Pride Series JUNE 6-28th

Theatre22 is boldly producing The Lisbon Traviata at the Richard Hugo House in their first Annual Summer Pride Series. This robust play is centered around the love of opera and the collapse of a relationship between a Stephen Riddick and Mike Deller. The playwright Terrence McNally delves into the depths of this heartbroken couples’ inability to repair damage inured. I applaud all four actors for the mastery of their arduously beautiful roles with an exceptional performance by Eric Mulholland as Mendy.
The set is extensive and exquisite. The artistic choices poignantly picked. Fluid and subtle lighting matching with the delicate moments and emotional turmoil unfolding on stage.
With Pride just around the corner I suggest you check out Theater22’s Annual Summer Pride Series and enjoy The Lisbon Traviata!
