Artsgiving 2018 is upon us! Here is the definitive guide to Seattle’s all-involved artistic community event!

Artsgiving is a FREE open-mic invite to our extended artistic community. That means we are ALL in store for a variety of fantastic artistic expressions brought to the venue for Artsgiving 2018. We will host 3 hours of stage performances in the Jewelbox theatre and mingle with our fellow artists, friends and supporters in this once a year celebration of art, community, and love! Our once a year free holiday party celebrates jolly interactivity and exciting original art sponsored by the Copious Love crew! Artsgiving is a very informal open-mic style celebration of art forms in all of their various glories… An invite to our extended artistic community to come express yourself in the presence of a loving family of artists.
We want YOU! We want to know about that song, poem, self-expression, story, art, or even feeling you may be willing to share. Bring it to Artsgiving. This event is about getting through the holidays together.. Sharing, participating, and loving each other… copiously!

A non stop variety of stage performances and art pieces of all kinds! Every year is different and each act is as unique as the artist themselves! We will be joined again this year by our hosts with the mosts; Tony G and Saya Jean! They will keep us entertained and keep the acts going non-stop!

Are you a performer around the Seattle area and want to try something out on stage for the first time? Copious Love Productions is calling out to all artists out there to join us for this completely free-to-the-public holiday party. You can SIGN UP HERE if you want to make sure to reserve a 3-5 minute time to perform on stage, or you can just show up to the event and sign up there! Also feel free to come just to enjoy the art, audience members are welcome! Super easy and win win for all involved!

We will be taking submissions until the moment before your call to stage! We welcome you to come to the event and let us know right there if you would like to show your art! Clipboards will be roaming the event to pick up all of you day-of artists. We are going to take over the Jewelbox Theatre at the Rendezvous! We will provide two microphones and a plug-in for an acoustic guitar and an audience of smiling faces!

LOCATION: The Jewelbox Theatre at the Rendezvous! mapwebsite

ACCESSIBILITY  The lobby and bathrooms are at street level and seating is available without the need for an elevator or stairs. This is not a scent-free space.

PARKING Let’s face it, we’ll be in Belltown and parking sucks. Be sure to allow extra time to find a spot! We highly recommend carpooling, busing or taking your bike up to the venue as Belltown can be a very busy part of town on the weekends. REMINDER! Street parking is metered until 10pm every day except Sunday! Make sure you pay up until 10pm or you will risk getting a ticket or worse.

WE RECOMMEND The Parkopedia app for your smartphone!

BELLTOWN is one of Seattle’s most vibrant neighborhoods. This community hosts some of the best restaurants, bars, and clubs that our city has to offer. Vibrant and continuously bustling, this is a great spot to make your theatre date complete!
